There are two ways to order:
Phone order, where it is good to know the product code so that the communication can be done quickly and correctly.
Online ordering, where after selecting our products, we open the basket, select payment and shipping method and continue with the payment.
As described in the personal data, your data is completely secure, SSL encryption protocol is used, no credit card information is recorded, and the information is NOT given to anyone for any reason.
After you have placed the order, it is processed by us, it is prepared and when it is sent you receive emai with its details. It is always possible to pick up your products directly from our store.
In the city of Thessaloniki the delivery is almost always the same day. About 1-3 working days, for all mainland Greece and 1-2 more days on the island. There may be a slight delay in these deadlines due to the COVID-19 pandemic
Returns are ONLY accepted if the product is defective, opened or damaged upon receipt. Contact with the store and the change via courier will be done at no charge to you.
You can contact either by email or by phone for a cooperation proposal. You can market our products at wholesale prices or create your own brand.
